We have helped ours client implement strategic HR solutions involving high impact change initiatives which have helped them establish meaningful HR and work practices.

Below is a list of some of our key assignments executed in 2006:

	A large bank in Sri Lanka
	Ma Foi conducted a study which determined the key triggers of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction. We also made recommendations to the management on how to address dissatisfaction areas.
	A large multinational bank in India
	Ma Foi conducted a workshop for the top management on ‘competency based selection skills’. This workshop helped the key decision makers recruit the right kind of people who are in tune with the needs of the organisation and identified with its core values.
	A large multinational financial securities company in India
	Ma Foi designed the HR philosophy and HR strategy for the company. We designed and developed the entire HR systems of the organisation and linked them to its business goals. Ma Foi also designed guidelines for the implementation of the designed systems.
	A large general investment company in India
	Ma Foi helped the organisation formalise its key roles. We defined behavioural competencies for each role and liked it to the appraisal system. We also defined the ‘Key performance indicators’ for each unique role which built a very strong element of objectivity in to the system of performance appraisal.
	A large bank (PSU), considered one of the best banks in the world
	Ma Foi has been having a continued relationship with the PSU for many years. We have conducted many training programmes addressing presentation skills, communication skills and negotiation skills to different levels of the management. Ma Foi also trained the in house trainers of the PSU in delivering effective training programmes.

Apart from these... Ma Foi has partnered with clients in the BFSI space in benchmarking compensation data, devising attraction and retention strategies and facilitating the process of defining the vision and mission of the organisation.
